Kim Howe

CTF, is the founding principal at CoCreative Labs.  She brings over 15 years’ experience in consulting, training, and facilitation for strategic planning, community engagement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, working in a range of diverse multilingual and multicultural settings in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

She has provided facilitation, training, and consultation for over 200 local, regional, national, and international corporate and government entities, NGOs and social sector organizations, coalitions, academic institutions, and more.

​Trained as a linguist, she was a language educator at the University of Illinois Chicago and Chicago City Colleges and the founding director of a student-run community adult education program in Chicago prior to her work in facilitation.

Ms. Howe is professionally affiliated with the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), and the ToP Network, where she currently serves on the national Board of Directors. She is a certified ICA ToP Facilitator and Trainer.
