Aimee Viniard-Weideman, founder of Daybreak Transition Partners, is an experienced leader, facilitator, coach, consultant and communications strategist known for helping people, organizations and communities navigate challenges and transitional moments.
In her past roles as a journalist, PR director, strategic-communications executive, organizational development leader, hospice volunteer, grief support group facilitator, and energy healing practitioner she’s led and supported people and organizations to transform what’s possible.
In her current role as community engagement and leadership specialist with Iowa State University Extension, Aimee engages community nonprofits, governments and leaders to work better together to navigate change and activate growth.
Aimee received her B.A. in Sociology and Journalism from the University of Iowa and her M.A. in Human Development from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis. She is a certified Neuro Leadership Coach and Brain Spotting Practitioner and is currently working on her certification as a Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator and trainer.
She lives in Cedar Falls, Iowa, with her husband, Jeff, and their dog, Charlie.
