Change is great in concept and hard in reality. What actually helps people change their behavior in ways that last?

Join us for our quarterly Community of Practice, where we’ll explore a facilitation tool from our advanced Secrets of Implementation course. We’ll look at how it can help you assess a group’s readiness for change, uncover leverage points, and support people as they move toward a new future — followed by open peer-to-peer coaching.

This session runs 60 minutes of theory and tool exploration, then 30 minutes of peer coaching, so bring a real situation you’re working through if you’d like input from the group.
